Michael says that the downturn of the real estate market provided a golden opportunity for many of his companies: "We adjusted to the consumer's needs and provided superior services with short sales long before most companies even knew what a short sale was. Our comanies grew by 100% in 2008 when most companies were closing their doors."
Michael stays optimistic about the real estate market and the direction of the economy. "My goal is just to keep learning. There are always new trends emerging and new ways to operate in this fast-paced real estate world."
